1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Portal you ("Merchant," "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept them, do not use the Portal.

2. Service Description

The Portal:

Retrieves product data from your Shopify store.
Executes price calculations based on formulas you set.
Presents draft price updates.
Publishes those updates to your store only after you confirm.

3. Free Trial

Length: 14 consecutive calendar days beginning on the date you first activate the Portal.

Scope: Full access to the selected plan's features and limits.

Automatic Conversion: Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the Portal converts to a paid subscription on day 15, and the first subscription fee becomes payable immediately.

One Trial Per Merchant: Multiple stores under a single Shopify organisation count as one merchant for trial eligibility.

4. Subscription Model

Item	Details
Billing cadence	Every 30th day starting on the end of the trial.
Auto-renewal	Plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next Billing Cycle begins.
Plan limits	Each plan specifies maximum products, API calls, or calculation jobs per Billing Cycle.
Enhancements	New features we release during your active subscription are automatically enabled on your current plan tier unless expressly labelled "premium add-on."
Price changes	We may change plan fees to reflect new features or operating costs with at least 14 days' notice.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

Verify Draft Prices before publishing.
Live-Store Validation after publishing.
Compliance with applicable consumer-protection and tax laws.

6. Disclaimer of Accuracy

The Portal is provided "as is." Calculations may rely on external data that can change. We do not guarantee that calculated prices are error-free or meet your profit targets.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnfoldCRO shall not be liable for lost profits, customer disputes arising from incorrect prices, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

During Trial: Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. After Trial: Cancel anytime; service remains active until the end of the current Billing Cycle. Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
